Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
The Return and Exchange policy of Goindiastore is formulated keeping in mind the need and requirement of the customer. There are no hidden terms and conditions for this. Everything is written clearly. According to this policy, if you wish to return or exchange any item purchased from Goindiastore.com, then it should be done within 1 days of the receipt. Once you receive our order and if you find the product in damaged or wrong condition from our side then immediately inform us and send the product picture on email id ‘email@example.com’
Return request is acceptable only if the product is damaged or wrong from our side otherwise return request are not acceptable.
Those items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unused. They should be in their original packing and all the tags should be intact. No broken tags will be accepted. For example, if you wish to return the pair of shoes which you bought from Goindiastore, then it should be in its original box with proper packaging, while our products undergo through quality check before being dispatched.
Please do not send the product to us in some situations as follows:-
· If the product is used.
- Any item which is not in its original condition is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item which has been returned after 1 days delivery period.
- Our products not contain any guarantee and warranty so not to send the return request for the reason of quality issue.
If any item purchased does not fits you, or there is any size issues, then only it can be exchanged. It means only size exchange is allowed.
Once we receive your return/Exchange, the product is immediately send for an inspection. After receiving a green signal from our inspection team, we will send you the new product in exchange. So this process may take 15 working days.
Return or exchange also includes extra delivery charges, a minimum amount of Rs.200/- per side will be charged on exchange.
Note: If damaged or wrong product sends by our side then in that case no extra shipping charges are applicable.
If you need to exchange or return the item, than fill the Product Returns form and submit it, and send your item to: Plot No.1, New Rajdhani Enclave, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092, also mail us the courier slip for confirmation of delivery.
It must reach us within 15 days from the date of purchase or you will ineligible for an exchange.
Refund request are only eligible, if the delivered product is damaged or wrong from our side and it should be file within 1 days after the date of delivery, otherwise refund request are not acceptable. The refund will be process after receiving the original product, then the product will immediately send for an inspection and after receiving the inspection report from our team, we will notify you through email about the report and refund eligibility, In case the request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 15 working days.
